Our space is the first choice for those who desire optimum accessibility to the entire
Philadelphia marketplace while remaining outside the city limits. Our facility is
strategically located near the intersection of Route 76 and Route 1, minutes from
Routes 202, 476, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, providing easy access to the entire
Delaware Valley business community. We are located in the prestigious Two Bala Plaza,
which is adjacent to Saks Fifth Avenue, boasts a number of amenities including ample
indoor parking and spectacular views.
Conference Room
This meeting room is furnished with a rectangular table and 6 chairs. Internet and
phone are included. Features include: Wi connectivity, Whiteboard w/ dry erase markers, Voice and video conferencing capabilities, and a 42″ TV with HDMI and VGA adapters ideal for presentations.
This listing would be suitable for private use of our conference room and its amenities
for 6 people.

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, doors,
furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Timely.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
If Guest cancels within 24 hours reservation date/time. Guest will not receive any
refunds.
For example: Guest pays for booking on Monday morning for Saturday night. On
Saturday morning, Guest decides to cancel. Not eligible for any refund.
If Guest cancels 24 hours within booking date/time and it is not within 24 hours of
reservation date/time. Guest will receive full refund minus the merchant service fee
(appx 3%).
For example: Guest pays for booking on Monday morning for Saturday night. On
Monday night, Guest decides to cancel and is liable for merchant service fee only.
If Guest cancels greater than 24 hours of reservation date/time. Guest will receive
partial (50%) refund minus processing fees.
For example: Guest pays for booking on Monday morning for Saturday night. On
Tuesday night, Guest decides to cancel will receive 50% refund and is liable for
processing fees.
My Host cancels on me...
If Host approves and cancels within 24 hours of reserved date/time, Guest receives full
refund (booking charge + processing fee). Host is liable for the processing fee to Timely on Guest's behalf.
For example: Guest makes a reservation for Saturday night. Host cancels the
reservation on Saturday morning. Guest receives full refund. Host is liable for
processing fee of what the Guest would've paid for.
If Host approves and cancels outside of 24 hours of reserved date/time, Guests
receives full refund (booking charge + processing fee). Host is not liable for the
processing fee to Timely on Guest' behalf. Timely assumes the applicable fees.
For example: Guest makes a reservation for Saturday night. Host cancels the
reservation on Thursday morning. Guest receives full refund. Host is not liable for the
processing fee. Timely assumes the fees.
